Simple Awareness Check In

Mental or journal check in!

~ What am I feeling right now?

~ Where do I feel it in my body?

~What triggered this feeling?

~ What can I do for myself, to help myself?

 

Horizons

You know how you would usually say something like "I am feeling... (anxious, calm, happy, sad, etc?) " Trade any emotion and or negative word for something positive. We will call this

" Expanding out horizons! " 

Lets try! Instead of saying

" I am feeling irritated. "

I am going to say " I am feeling grateful for this opportunity ."  

Now hear me out! I know what you are thinking!

" What the heck, right? "

I am going to say I am grateful, instead of I am irritated. Because I am going to use to feeling of irritation and shift that feeling of irritation, into an opportunity to be  grateful and or learn from.

Why???

Well, I am glad that you asked! 

If I am feeling irritated because of something someone is doing or saying. I am going to use this as " Expanding my horizons opportunity!" 

 I Would ask myself, Why am I letting someone else's and or words effect me in this way?

What they are doing is out of my control. Nor would I want to control others. All I control is my own self and my own thoughts, actions and words. So, if someone is spreading a rumor about me, I am going to let it go and not spare any of my energy feeding back into that negativity. I would then learn something about that person. ( they like to gossip and lie.) And I would use that situation as an opportunity to have my voice  and respectfully communicate to them, I do not have capacity for toxicity and or negativity in my life and simply move forward. So many positive things come from this, like a ripple in the cosmos. I now set boundaries, made more room for positive doors to open  and room to meet good  people. 

5 minutes

Be Kind to your-self. Take at least 5 minutes of a 24 hour day and be kind to your-self! 

 5 minutes - To yourself! 

 lets begin! 

.... 5 minutes ....

No tv, no music, no talking, no phone, no distractions.. just you and your love for yourself!

~ Remind yourself that you are beautiful/handsome. Literally, spend 5 minutes complimenting your-self. You deserve it! 

~ Look In the mirror, wink and say

" Shut up! You look good!' Make some silly faces, study your face, your eyes. Smile at you! 

Ooo! I have a mini challenge for you! 

Look in the mirror and tell you- your-reflection,

I  love you! 

~ Take 5 minutes to stretch and drink some water. 

- 5 minutes to journal dreams,, goals, wants, needs.. even if they feel like  impossibles.. jot them down! 

 You know why? Because even if it takes what feels like a century to accomplish.. nothing is " Out of reach " so to speak, when it comes to dreams !

Which brings me to me next..

~ Take 5 minutes to dream BIG! 

~ Take 5 minutes to do absolutely nothing! 

~ Spend 5 minutes sending out.

" I appreciate you  I'm thinking of you "  texts

~ Spend 5 minutes outside with just you and your thoughts.

~ 5 minute breath reset. Inhale 4-8 seconds. Hold for 2-6 seconds. And exhale slowly. 

After a few times of that .. focus on your slow breathing and picture s beautiful scared spot that brings you comfort.

~ 5 minute body scan. Lie down, close your eyes and scan your body inside and out. 

~~ 5 minutes clutter clean an area.

Journey Package

This Journey package is not a single session, the journey is for those who feel they are ready to go deeper. To move beyond surface - level awareness and begin understanding patterns, navigating change and reconnecting with your true-self.  Each sessions build on the last, creating space for reflection, self awareness, growth in self-love. In a pace that feel sustainable and a space with genuine connection, with no judgement.

" here.. physically anymore. "   ..but, if a loved one is not wanting to connect, then they are not wanting to connect.

 I work with both the seen and unseen and what exists beyond it. I communicate with all spirit elements. Most of my insights are from the beyond. I receive impressions,  I work with what isn't always said out loud. Only what comes through naturally and feels appropriate will be shared.
