4. Delivery Times

  • live sessions: scheduled at booking

  • email services: typically 24–48 hours

  • memberships: delivered in monthly cycles

5. Right to Refuse Service

Service may be declined or ended if:

  • communication is inappropriate

  • scope is misaligned
