However, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed for digital communication platforms outside of my control.
8. Digital Communication Disclaimer
Soft Rebellion operates primarily through digital platforms. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain privacy and security, I cannot guarantee absolute protection of data transmitted over the internet.
Clients are responsible for their own digital security when sharing information.
All services must be paid for in full prior to or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated within a reasonable timeframe ( 24 Hours )
Later than 24 hour cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded
Digital or completed services are generally non-refundable
Specific terms may vary depending on service type and will be communicated at the time of booking.

All original written material, frameworks, concepts, and creative work produced under Soft Rebellion remain the intellectual property of the creator unless otherwise stated.
