5. Ethics & Conduct

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue engagement if:

  • Communication becomes disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate

  • Requests fall outside the scope of services offered

  • Ethical boundaries are challenged or disregarded

  • The dynamic is no longer safe, respectful, or sustainable

This applies before, during, and after any service or communication.

6. Right to Refuse Service

Soft Rebellion maintains full discretion to:

  • Accept or decline any inquiry

  • Refuse service at any stage without obligation to provide reasoning

  • Terminate ongoing services if necessary for ethical or personal boundary reasons

  • Restrict future engagement if boundaries are repeatedly violated

This is in place to protect both practitioner and client integrity.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is respected.

  • Personal information shared during communication is treated with confidentiality

  • Information is not sold, shared, or distributed to third parties

  • Identifying details will not be disclosed publicly without explicit consent

  • General, anonymized insights may be referenced for educational or creative purposes unless otherwise agreed

However, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed for digital communication platforms outside of my control.

8. Digital Communication Disclaimer

Soft Rebellion operates primarily through digital platforms. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain privacy and security, I cannot guarantee absolute protection of data transmitted over the internet.

Clients are responsible for their own digital security when sharing information.

9. Payments, Bookings & Cancellations (if applicable)

All services must be paid for in full prior to or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated within a reasonable timeframe ( 24 Hours )

  • Later than 24 hour cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded

  • Digital or completed services are generally non-refundable

Specific terms may vary depending on service type and will be communicated at the time of booking.

10. Intellectual Property

All original written material, frameworks, concepts, and creative work produced under Soft Rebellion remain the intellectual property of the creator unless otherwise stated.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use materials without permission.

11. Agreement

By engaging with Soft Rebellion in any form — including services, communication, or content — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
