Remote Restorative Sessions are designed as a calm, ( It's A Reiki practice. ) A guided space for decompression, emotional grounding, and nervous system support through distance-based interaction. These sessions are not clinical treatment and do not replace medical or psychological care. Instead, they offer a structured pause from overstimulation and internal noise, allowing space for regulation, reflection, and relaxation.
Each session is centered on presence, conversation, and guided attentional practices that support a more settled internal state.
What This Session Focuses On
These sessions explore gentle restoration through:

What to Expect
Each Remote Restorative Session is conducted online and typically lasts 45–60 minutes.
At the start of the session, there is a brief check-in to understand your current state, emotional tone, and what feels most present for you. From there, the session may move into guided grounding conversation, reflective prompts, and calming awareness-based practices.
The pace is intentionally slow, steady, and non-performative.
You are not expected to “do” anything correctly.
There is no pressure to articulate perfectly or present yourself in a certain way.
This is a space for soft reset.
