Remote Energy Reiki Restoration is a gentle Reiki-based wellness experience designed to support relaxation, grounding, reflection, and reconnection with yourself, all from the comfort of your own space.

How Your Remote Session Works

Your appointment is simple, personal, and intentionally unhurried.

Before Your Session • 5-Minute Check-In

We’ll connect briefly before beginning. This gives you space to share how you’re feeling, anything you’d like to focus your intention on, and what you need from the experience that day.

Energy Reiki Restoration • Your Session

Once our check-in is complete, you’ll get comfortable in your own space while I begin the remote Reiki portion of your session.

You can lie down, close your eyes, meditate, listen to gentle music, journal, or simply rest. There is nothing you need to perform, achieve, or feel.

After Your Session • 5-Minute Check-In

We reconnect for five minutes afterward. You’ll have a chance to share anything you noticed, ask questions, reflect on the experience, or simply close out the session peacefully.

Your Session, Your Space

Dim the lights. Grab a blanket. Light a candle if you’d like. Put your phone on Do Not Disturb and make yourself comfortable.

Some people may experience deep relaxation, emotional reflection, physical sensations, or a quieter mind. Others may simply enjoy the stillness.

There is no “correct” Reiki experience.

60-Minute Energy Reiki Restoration — $111

Each appointment includes your 5-minute opening check-in, remote Reiki restoration session, and 5-minute closing check-in.

Energy Reiki Restoration is a complementary wellness practice intended to support relaxation, reflection, and personal well-being. Individual experiences vary. Reiki is not medical or mental-health treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

 

After Booking

Once your Energy Restoration session is confirmed, you’ll receive a booking confirmation email, followed by a short pre-session Energy Restoration guide with a few simple, gentle tips to help you prepare.

Nothing complicated. Just thoughtful suggestions for creating a comfortable space, choosing music or quiet, deciding whether you’d like your camera on or off, getting cozy with a blanket, having water nearby, and settling in before we begin.

When it’s time for your session, we’ll start with a 5-minute check-in to talk about how you’re feeling, your comfort preferences, and any intention you’d like to bring into the session.

Then all that’s left for you to do is get comfortable and allow yourself some uninterrupted time to rest.
