What Your Session Entails

Your 30-minute private session includes:

🌿 Opening Check-In | 5 Minutes

We begin with a relaxed conversation about how you're feeling, what brought you to the session, and any intentions you'd like to set. You're welcome to share as much or as little as you wish.

✨ Guided Aura Cleansing | 20 Minutes

Settle into a comfortable position while I guide you through a Reiki-inspired aura cleansing experience.

The session incorporates focused intention, visualisation, and gentle energetic practices intended to encourage relaxation, reflection, and a sense of personal renewal.

There is nothing you need to perform or achieve. Simply allow yourself this time.

🌙 Closing Check-In | 5 Minutes

We finish with a gentle conversation about your experience, any reflections you'd like to share, and how you might carry that sense of intention into the rest of your day.

Your Space, Your Comfort

Sessions take place privately via video, allowing you to participate from wherever you feel most comfortable.

Your camera may remain on or off throughout the session. There is no requirement to be visible.

For your experience, I recommend:

  • A quiet, comfortable space where you won't be interrupted

  • A chair, sofa, or bed where you can fully relax

  • Soft lighting, a blanket, or calming music if you prefer

  • An open mind and a willingness to take a little time for yourself

No special equipment or previous experience with energy practices is necessary.
