Real life. Real emotions. No lecture.
Being a teenager is weird......
You're expected to start making grown-up decisions while still being told you're “too young” half the time. Friendships change. Relationships get complicated. Family can drive you absolutely mad. School expects everything yesterday. Social media makes everybody else's life look suspiciously perfect.
And somewhere in all of that, you're supposed to figure out who you are.
The Teen Room is a space for understanding the stuff nobody really teaches you — emotions, relationships, boundaries, communication, confidence, patterns, pressure, and how to trust yourself while you're still figuring things out.
No fixing you. No talking down to you. No pretending adults have everything figured out either.
Here, we’ll explore the emotions and experiences that can sometimes leave you thinking,
“What is going on with me?”🤔
You’ll find simple, honest guides to help you understand your feelings, recognize what might be triggering them, spot patterns in how you react, and figure out what you might need in the moment. 💭
From stress and overthinking to anger, anxiety, jealousy, sadness, and feeling completely overwhelmed, this is a place to:
understand your emotions without judging yourself for having them. 🫶
